Bonnie Schneider is meteorologist appearing across the different platforms of CNN as well as HLN. Her TV show, LAST HOUSE REMAINING on DIY NETWORK premiered on March 30, 2012. In addition, she is on camera meteorologist, and the co-executive director. Bonnie's very first book was EXTREME weather published Palgrave Macmillan January 31 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In her role as a special assignment reporter, she was reported on each week for three hours covering entertainment, lifestyle as well as news. She was the weather forecaster for weekends forecaster for WFOR-TV Miami before joining WB56. She worked in a variety of meteorology and reportage positions, which included News 12 Long Island (a 24-hour cable television news network) as well as WXII-TV, both in Winston-Salem. Her other job was as a fill-in on occasion for The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
