Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn was born in America. Anna Gunn is an actress from America. The other roles she played are Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in 1968 Anna Gunn fell in love with acting in Preparatory School prior to her family's move to Ohio towards the end of 1970. She went to Northwestern University to study theatre and also spent time at the British American Drama Academy. Anna worked in the theatre in the Chicago area for several months before she tried her hand at TV and film roles. Anna received her breakthrough in the year 1992, when she portrayed Arden for 29 seasons of Down the Shore. Anna continued to be a guest star in a handful of TV shows and films, including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue up to the end of 90's when she was cast in a recurring role in The Practice as Jean Ward in The Practice. The role was played by Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons in the late 2000s. In 2008 she was also cast in the role of Skyler in Breaking Bad. Sully The Deadwood film as well as other films have also featured her. Gunn has also been seen on scene in David Swimmer's production Sex With Strangers. She played the role in the podcast's four-part audio drama Numbered days, which came out in 2022. The relationship between Walter White and his wife Skyler is often the backbone of the story on Breaking Bad with the strained tension in their relationship, and eventually its demise mirroring the same arc of Walter White's end of life.
